Dorgu's farewell tour is almost at an end with the Lecce wing-back set to undergo a medical with Manchester United ahead of the January transfer deadline. The defender has been named in the club's squad to face Parma in Serie A on Friday night, giving him the chance to say goodbye to the fans before he heads to England.

The Danish defender's proposed move to the Red Devils is believed to be worth around €35million (£29.3m/$36.3m). However, with the news that Dorgu has been named in Friday night's big Serie A clash, he will be unable to feature on Sunday when United play Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Dorgu is expected to fly to Manchester on Saturday morning, where he will complete his medical. The 20-year-old has featured in all but one of Lecce's Serie A games this season and will end his 18-month stay with the Italian side ahead of the transfer deadline on Monday.
