During a candid conversation, Telles revealed That Ronaldo has a tailor-made diet according to his physical needs. Not only does he hardly deviate from his staple of "salmon, quinoa, and avocado" but he also pays attention to what his teammates eat.

In an interview with Telles, who also played with Ronaldo at Manchester United, revealed: "He has his own meal. The food is different, the nutritionist arrives with the plate already served. What does he eat? Natural things, salmon, quinoa, avocado… Then he keeps an eye on the other players' plates, in a healthy joke.
"At first, the guys were afraid to go for dessert, we know how fit he is, how he likes to take care of himself, and everyone likes to follow good examples. He eats a protein after lunch, after 15 days there were about 20 proteins on the table, everyone asked the nutritionist for them, to see if there was some magic in there…"

While Ronaldo continues to push his teammates at Al-Nassr to higher standards, Telles has parted ways with the Saudi club. Earlier this month, Telles had his contract terminated and has since returned to his native Brazil, where he now plays for Botafogo. Meanwhile, Ronaldo missed Al-Nassr's Asian Champions League match against Al Shorta in Baghdad due to a viral infection but could make a return against Al-Ettifaq in the Pro League on Friday.
