The MD report claims that unless Barcelona manage to make at least two high-profile sales in the January transfer window, they will not be able to sign the Red Devils star due to their poor financial health. Ansu Fati remains out of favour under Hansi Flick in the 2024-25 season, and the manager has even made him aware that his game time will continue to remain limited. Fati, however, will not be forced to leave the club and if he wants to stay, his decision will be respected. Under such circumstances, Rashford's arrival looks improbable.
DID YOU KNOW?
Sevilla have reportedly shown interest in signing the out-of-favour Spanish winger but the Catalan side are unlikely to sell him to their fellow La Liga club due to poor relations between the two teams.
